How to Install (xDelta Patch)

Supreme Ruby is distributed as an xDelta patch and does not include the game ROM.

What You Need

A legally obtained, clean Pokémon Omega Ruby ROM (USA/EUR – must match the patch)

The Supreme Ruby .xdelta patch file

xDelta UI (Windows) or xdelta3 (CLI)

Installation Steps (Easy Method – xDelta UI)

Open xDelta UI

In the Patch field, select the SupremeRuby.xdelta file

In the Source File field, select your clean Omega Ruby ROM

In the Output File field, choose a name for the patched ROM
(example: Pokemon Omega Ruby - Supreme Ruby.3ds)

Click Apply Patch

Once finished, play on Citra or real 3DS hardware

Common Issues

Checksum mismatch error → Wrong ROM version (USA/EUR matters)

Patch fails immediately → Incorrect source ROM selected

Game doesn’t boot → Do not use pre-patched or modified ROMs
