With the exception of Latias, Latios, Phione and Manaphy,
as well as the ones listed above,  all Legendaries are housed 
in the Relic Castle as "Obelisks" I was playing around with the
idea of having the Obelisks scattered all around Unova however 
I was running into major problems like freezes so I wanted to 
play it on the safe side. Besides, this is kinda like a "resting"
place for all the Legendary Spirits and it will be a nice little
challenge if you wanted to go in and catch them all in one sitting!
They are all encountered at Level 70.
