## Description
> Pokémon Rising Sun and Waning Moon are romhacks based on Pokémon Sun and Moon. These hacks aim to provide a more challenging experience for players by altering the game's balance, difficulty, and gameplay elements. With more challenging battles, a fully accessible Pokédex, and quality-of-life tweaks, these hacks provide a deeper, more immersive and challenging experience in the Alola region, and they have garnered a devoted base for elevating the challenge and depth of Pokémon Sun and Moon.
## Story
> The story of Pokémon Rising Sun and Waning Moon follows the same plot as the original Pokémon Sun and Moon, with a few tweaks to better fit the increased difficulty and strategic elements added by the hacks. Just like in Sun and Moon, the player journeys through the Alola region to complete the Island Challenge, battling Kahunas and Trial Captains to become Alola’s first-ever Champion.
## Notable features
> - Trial Captains and Kahunas now all have teams of 6 Pokemon.
> - Level curve greatly changed. Team should be in high 70s/low 80s by the end of the elite 4.
> - Trainers have Pokemon not usually seen in Alola.
> - Movesets of weaker Pokemon is finished.
> - Youngster Joey has a top percent Rattata.
> - Wild encounters up until the post game are finished! Have fun everyone!
> - Custom music for post game returning trainers.
> - Almost every Pokemon has access to their hidden ability
